Jerry and Sherri Stark have a deep love for the beautiful coastal town of Santa Barbara, but they originally hail from Dallas. Their passion for the area led them to undertake their first property in the area, the Cali Casa tri-plex, in 2018.

The Cali Casa tri-plex was a significant project for the couple, and they poured their heart and soul into renovating it to make it a stunning and welcoming property. It was a testament to their dedication and hard work, and the property soon became a popular destination for travelers and vacationers. Through the Historic Santa Barbara Landmark Commission, they earned a Historical Structure of Merit designation for the property.

But the couple's passion for real estate and love for Santa Barbara didn't end there. In 2021, they decided to purchase another property, Shore Bet, which they completed the remodel in the spring of 2022. Shore Bet was another labor of love for the couple, and they worked tirelessly to create a beautiful and luxurious vacation rental property for special guests, and they will eventually call it their forever home.

Their love for the beach is equally matched by their love of the mountains and popular snow town, Breckenridge. In 2020, the couple decided to renovate their long-time home there. They have transformed the property into a cozy and comfortable retreat for themselves and their guests.
