Romantic and cozy, this was a project of love. Originally the home of renowned writer, Sue Grafton, the current homeowners wanted to maintain the charm of this top-story unit in a tri-plex. Upon entering the enchanting courtyard of Perry Perch, you are surrounded by lush greenery that transports you to a luxurious oasis. Ascend the Spanish steps and be greeted by a light-filled interior that exudes warmth and comfort. Gourmet meals are now prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a sleek island and state-of-the-art appliances. The open air living space, adorned with exposed beams, adds character and charm to this exquisite property. The bedroom, which was the kitchen area in the original floor plan, is now furnished with a regal queen bed, exposed beams and a Juliet balcony.
